Client Care

Questions

Everything about the material, the care, the shipping and the workshop behind each piece.

What are Myth & Marble objects made of?

Every piece is cast from premium water-based eco-resin — a mineral composite bound with water rather than solvents. It cures into a dense, cool, stone-like body with a hand-marbled surface, and is free of the odour and toxicity of conventional casting resins.

Is each piece unique?

Yes. Pigment is folded in by hand before each pour, so the veining differs on every object. As each piece is individually hand cast, slight variations in weight, finish and marble pattern are part of its unique character.

How do I care for my piece?

Suitable for everyday indoor use and water-resistant for normal daily use. Wipe dry after contact with water. Avoid prolonged soaking, standing water and outdoor exposure, and handle with care to preserve the handcrafted finish.

Can I use a candle in the vessels?

Yes — the vessels are designed for standard tealights. Always use a tealight in its own metal cup, never leave a burning candle unattended, and let the vessel cool fully before handling.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship across Greece and Europe from our workshop in Thessaloniki. Shipping within Greece is €3 and free on orders over €40. Shipping across Europe is free on orders over €79.

How long does an order take?

Pieces in stock are dispatched from Thessaloniki within 1–3 working days. Delivery is typically 1–3 working days within Greece and 3–7 working days elsewhere in Europe, depending on the destination.

Can I return a piece?

Yes. You may return an unused piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Contact us with a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the piece or refund it in full.

Some products show no photograph or price yet — why?

Those pieces are announced but not yet released; their photography and final pricing are in progress. They appear in the collection so you can see what is coming, and become orderable as soon as they are ready.

Where are you based?

Myth & Marble is an independent workshop in Thessaloniki, Greece. Every object is cast, finished and packed there by hand.
