Returns & Refund Policy

Every piece is hand cast in our Thessaloniki workshop. If something is not right, the terms below apply to all orders.

Returns

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or broken during transit, the customer is entitled to one free replacement shipment.
To qualify, customers must contact us and provide clear photographs of both the damaged product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Once the claim is verified, we will ship one replacement free of charge.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for a replacement, except where required by applicable law.
